We know a safety footwear program can’t be signed off from photos alone. Our sample and testing process is built so your team can check fit, materials and workmanship on real pairs before any production order.
Stock Samples
- Samples of styles currently in production are free of charge — you only cover the express freight.
- Ready to ship in 3–5 working days.
- Sent by DHL / FedEx / UPS on your courier account, or prepaid to us before dispatch.
Custom & OEM Samples
- Custom samples (your logo, colors, materials or packaging): USD 50 per pair, fully refunded against your first bulk order.
- Development time: 10–15 working days depending on materials and tooling.
- Pre-production samples are always sent for your written approval before mass production starts.
Testing & Quality Verification
- Every style is developed and checked against the requirements of ASTM F2413 (US market) and EN ISO 20345 (European market) — impact and compression resistance, slip resistance, puncture resistance and electrical hazard protection where applicable.
- In-house lab checks are run on materials, components and finished pairs during production.
- Third-party testing (SGS, Intertek, TÜV) can be arranged on request, and test reports for your styles are available before shipment.
- Bulk production is inspected pair-by-pair against the approved pre-production sample, so the goods you receive match the sample you signed off.
