Ordering & OEM
What is your minimum order quantity?
For OEM/private-label styles, MOQ is 500 pairs per style. Stock styles can start from 100 pairs. Mixed sizes and widths within a style count toward the same MOQ.
Can you make footwear under our own brand?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM service: logo on the tongue, insole and packaging, custom colors and materials, and retail-ready boxes with your artwork. Your brand name appears exactly as supplied on product and packaging.
How do I get a quotation?
Send the style (or a reference photo), estimated quantity, sizes and destination port through our Contact page. The more of these you include, the faster the quote — we normally reply within one business day.
Samples & Testing
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes — see our Sample & Testing Policy. Stock-style samples are free (freight only); custom samples are refunded against your first bulk order.
Which standards are your products built to?
Our safety footwear is designed and tested to meet the requirements of ASTM F2413 for the US market and EN ISO 20345 for Europe. In-house lab testing runs throughout production, and third-party test reports (SGS, Intertek, TÜV) can be provided for your styles on request.
Which toe and protection options do you offer?
Steel toe, composite toe, aluminum toe and non-metallic options; plus puncture-resistant midsoles, metatarsal guards, electrical hazard (EH) protection, insulation and slip-resistant outsoles for oily/wet floors.
Production, Payment & Shipping
What are your payment terms?
T/T — 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment.
How long does production take?
30–45 days after deposit and sample approval. Shipping options and documents are detailed on our International Shipping & Logistics page.
Can we inspect the goods before shipment?
Absolutely. Our own QC team inspects production throughout, and we welcome your inspector or a third-party agency (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) for a pre-shipment inspection.
